Jacqueline Fernley

Investment Committee Member

Jacqueline is the Founder and Chief Investment Officer of arcpoint OCIO — an outsourced Chief Investment Officer firm providing institutional investment expertise, governance and portfolio oversight to wealth practices, family offices and foundations.

She is a senior investment executive with more than 25 years of experience across multi-asset investing and is widely regarded as one of Australia’s leading investment professionals. Most recently, Jacqueline served as Chief Investment Officer at Mason Stevens where she oversaw approximately $9 billion of client capital.

Her earlier career includes Head of Equities at JB Were, Head of Research at Wilson HTM and senior investment roles at Magellan Financial Group and Colonial First State Global Asset Management.

Jacqueline brings deep expertise in investment research, asset allocation and portfolio construction across public and private markets. As a member of our Investment Committee, she provides institutional-level oversight and disciplined governance, supported by access to Mercer’s global investment research and investment capabilities.

Jacqueline is an Independent Non-Executive Director of Microba Life Sciences Ltd and Chair of its Remuneration and Nomination Committee.
